WHY ARE WE A MEAT-FREE FESTIVAL With livestock production being one of the leading causes responsible for global greenhouse emissions and deforestation, Retreat Yourself is meat-free. Please support us as we take on this initiative in our efforts to provide an experience which is sustainable and truly free from violence. The market offers many delicious vegetarian and vegan options so if you are usually a meat eater, welcome something different and explore some new food options. WHERE IS RETREAT YOURSELF 2022 Nestled in the countryside and set beneath the beautiful Riviersonderend Mountain Range, Elandskloof Farm is the loving home of Retreat Yourself. ☀ Only 20km outside of Greyton, Elandskloof Farm is an hour and a half drive from Cape Town (taking the N2). Elandskloof has no cell phone reception allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the presence of nature. We have formulated a refund policy to protect you and all stakeholders as fairly as possible. Cancellations may be made at any time prior to the day before the starting date of the event by sending a cancellation notice to . Refunds are processed in one of two ways - general refunds or cancellations due to government imposed restrictions. Refund policy below applies to all ticket types. ️General Refunds ️ More than 30 days prior to the event 90% of the original ticket purchase price excluding booking & transaction fee refunded. Between 7 – 30 days prior to the event 50% of the original ticket purchase price excluding booking & transaction fee refunded. Less than 7 days prior to the event 25% of the original ticket purchase price excluding booking & transaction fee refunded. The day of the event or during the event Strictly no refunds. After the event Strictly no refunds. ️Government Imposed Restrictions ️ More than 30 days prior to the event 90% of the original ticket purchase price excluding booking & transaction fee refunded. Between 14 - 30 days prior to the event 80% of the original ticket purchase price excluding booking & transaction fee refunded. All tickets purchased prior to the original festival date are still entitled to a 50% refund. CASHLESS BAND & TOP-UPS Retreat Yourself is cashless! You will receive your cashless wristband upon arrival at the festival. You'll have the ability to top up your cashless wristband using cash or credit card at the event. However, no signal at the venue means that the number of credit card facilities will be limited – we recommend bringing cash.
