🔁 Freelance → Retainer

You’ll be the visual voice of ThreeGigs. From venue shoots to artist profiles, 3GTV content to brand reels — you’ll craft the footage that makes people stop scrolling and feel the scene.

What you'll do
Edit event coverage, artist content, and promotional videos for the platform and social channels
Develop and own the visual language of 3GTV — our in-house content arm
Work directly with the founder to clear and build from an existing content library
Create short-form content optimised for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
Contribute to pitch assets used in brand and venue partnership conversations

Premiere Pro After Effects DaVinci Resolve Short-form editing Colour grading Motion graphics
Arrangement

Freelance per project to start, with a clear pathway to a monthly retainer at month 3. We’re building a long-term creative partnership — not filling a brief.

Content & Community Manager

You’re the pulse of the ThreeGigs community. You understand what makes entertainment audiences move — and you know how to build genuine connection between a brand and its people across every platform.

What you'll do
Own the ThreeGigs social presence across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn — scheduling, posting, engaging daily
Manage DMs, comments, and community enquiries with the brand voice locked in
Coordinate content distribution from the Video Editor and source UGC from Paid 2 Party affiliates
Triage inbound leads and route qualified opportunities to the BD function
Build the systems — templates, content calendars, FAQs — that make the brand run at scale

Arrangement

Full-time employee. This role needs consistency, presence, and a genuine stake in where ThreeGigs goes. You’ll be embedded in the team from day one.
